I did not receive an order or shipping confirmation by e-mail. Will my order be conveyed nevertheless?


Yes. Often an erroneous e-mail address is left in the ordering formular. Therefore please verify your data before sending your order. If the address is correct an overloaded account or your spam fliter could be the reason for not receiving the mails.

If your order (and payment) went through, it will be conveyed even in the case the e-mail address is erroneous.
