What is Hyperhidrosis?
Sweating is something absolutely normal. Certainly some people suffer more from this than others. When people are suffering from excessive sweating this is called
hyperhidrosis. Can increased sweating already be called hyperhidrosis though? How does one know whether one is suffering from increased sweating or from excessive sweating? Most important, is there a

Hyperhidrosis Treatments
There are different ways to achieve betterment when suffering from hyperhidrosis. There are conservative and surgical treatments. Generally conservative hyperhidrosis treatments should be exploited before surgical treatments are taken into consideration. Surgical treatments like sweat gland removal are cost-intensive and most of the time perspiration starts again after some time as the sweat glands start reproducing. Conservative measures like anti-perspirants based on aluminum salts are a convenient alternative. They are not expensive, easy to apply and very effective. One application before going to bed every 3 days is enough to achieve betterment with hyperhidrosis. This conservative “ treatment “ is advantageous compared to the other treatments.
